As the festive break approaches, we always like to reflect on the last 12 months, and we are delighted it has been another landmark year for Volta Compliance. From award wins and major project milestones to continued growth across our services and technology, it is a year we are proud of!
2025 brought some fantastic recognition for the team and the work we do.
We were proud to be named Winner of the Connect Yorkshire Family Business Award (2025), recognising Volta Compliance’s growth, strong values, and long-term commitment as a family run business. This recognition reflects our ongoing focus on quality, trust, and long-term partnerships across our electrical compliance services.
Sustainability was also firmly in the spotlight, with Volta Compliance winning Sustainable Project of the Year (2025) for the York Minster solar PV installation. This award recognised excellence in sustainability, environmental impact, and the careful delivery of renewable energy solutions within sensitive and historic environments.
Our compliance technology also received industry recognition, with EasyCompli (ECaaS) Highly Commended, highlighting the innovation behind our electrical compliance software and its growing impact across the sector.
Throughout the year, our teams delivered a wide range of complex electrical compliance and renewable energy projects across commercial and specialist environments.
One particular milestone was completing the largest EICR project in our history, a significant achievement for the business and a testament to the scale, planning, and technical capability of our team. This builds on our extensive experience delivering EICR inspections and electrical testing across large estates and multi site portfolios.
Alongside this, we continued to support clients operating in challenging and highly regulated environments, delivering safe, compliant, and future focused electrical solutions.
2025 marked a major step forward for EasyCompli.
We officially launched EasyCompli as a SaaS offering, complete with its own name and logo, marking an important evolution in how we support clients with compliance management. The platform is designed to simplify how organisations manage their statutory obligations, supporting our wider compliance management approach.
Ongoing enhancements were rolled out throughout the year, including improved dashboards, clearer reporting, and deeper insights designed to make compliance simpler, more transparent, and easier to manage at scale.
Engaging directly with clients and industry professionals remained a priority.
The team attended Facilities and Estates Management Live in London, connecting with facilities and compliance professionals and discussing the challenges facing modern estates and organisations.
We also exhibited at the Health and Safety Event at the NEC Birmingham, showcasing our services and technology while strengthening relationships across the wider compliance and safety community.
Behind the scenes, 2025 was a year of continued growth.
We saw expansion across our niche areas of business, both financially and in terms of team development, allowing us to strengthen our expertise and support a growing client base without compromising on quality or values. This growth underpins everything we do as a trusted electrical compliance partner.
As we move into 2026, we do so with strong foundations, an expanding team, and a clear focus on innovation, sustainability, and compliance excellence.
