When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was little, I wanted to be a singer and dancer. I was always putting on performances for my family!

When did you join the Volta Compliance team?

I joined Volta Compliance on the 18th of March 2025, excited to work with a company that offers real opportunities for growth and progression.

What does your job role entail?

As Admin Support at Volta Compliance, I ensure smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the team with efficiency and attention to detail. I thrive in a well-organised environment and enjoy keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

What’s the best thing about your job?

The best thing about my job is being part of an amazing and friendly team in a company that provides new opportunities to learn and grow every day.

What are you most looking forward to at Volta Compliance and why?

I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with my team and customers, progressing in my career, and exploring new opportunities within the company.

What three words would other members of the team use to describe you?

Reliable, hardworking, and fun.

Where do you see the company in five years’ time?

I see Volta expanding over the next five years, becoming more recognised across the UK, and continuing to provide excellent service as we meet and exceed client expectations.

What do you get up to when you aren’t at work?

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—we enjoy going on scenic walks and family days out. I also enjoy catching up with friends and staying social.
