All of these are available as single purchase solutions; however, customers are beginning to benefit from purchasing these as part of a contracted service from Volta Compliance – making your electrical services more efficient, timely and cost-effective.
No call out fee – For all of our contracted clients, we will attend to reactive electrical call outs with no additional call out fee. We will only charge for time on site, plus any parts that may need to be purchased.
No more calendar reminders – We will log when your renewals are due, so you don’t need to keep on top of these. We will remind you in advance of when your services are due and will proactively book them in for you when agreed.
Access your documents online – Our online portal means you can access your certificates and documentation at any time, from any device. So, no need to hunt through e-mails to locate your current certificates.
We begin with a site visit, to assess which of our services are required. Once we complete our assessment, we will issue you with an electronic contract proposal. This document will outline the results of our assessment and our recommendation of the services that you require, alongside an easy to understand pricing table.
To ensure you have everything to hand, our proposal also includes service expectation documents and our terms and conditions which can be signed off electronically for speed and ease. Once we are notified of this approval, we schedule your job to be completed. Before the work is carried out, you will always receive a full risk assessment and method statement electronically.
