Our Solar PV Installation at Tadcaster played a pivotal role in earning this recognition, and competing against industry giants such as CBRE and Savills was an honor in itself.
This year, we welcomed two talented apprentices to our ever-growing team. Investing in the future of our industry, these apprentices have become integral members of our workforce. Excitingly, our two third-year apprentices have now transitioned to working independently in their own vans, enabling us to take on and successfully complete more projects.
March saw the addition of Lewis to our office team. His presence has enriched our internal dynamics, allowing us to engage with a multitude of new and exciting companies. Lewis's contributions have been instrumental in broadening our network and fostering meaningful connections within the industry.

In 2023, our office team underwent specialised customer experience training, seeking out new ways to ensure the satisfaction of our valued clients. This commitment reflects our dedication to not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations.
Our engineers underwent extensive training sessions, enabling us to enhance our service offering. The newly acquired skills have broadened our capabilities, with the addition of thermal imaging and lightning protection services. These valuable additions further solidify our position as a comprehensive solutions provider in the field.

In response to our commitment to innovation, our client portal software underwent significant updates in 2023. The result is a more intuitive user interface than ever before, ensuring our clients can effortlessly navigate and access the information they need.
